SPECIES CHARACTERISTICS:
Evergreen, conifer tree, Moderate to fast growth rate, 60' in height, equal spread. Round to oval, slightly droping in shape.
FOLIAGE:
Simple leaf, alternate arrangement, linear shape. Entire margins, sharp tips. 1 - 2" narrow, Juvenile leaves light green color.
FLOWERS:

Dioecious.
FRUIT:

Round succulent, drupe. Bluish -purple, 1/2" in size.
STEM / TRUNK:
Straight trunk.
BARK:

Flaky, gray-brown platelets.
EXPOSURE:
Full sun, partial shade.
SOIL:
Any.
WATER:
Low water needs.
PRUNING:
For clearance.
PROPAGATION:
Seed or cuttings.
USES:
Accent, barrier, border, espalier, fences/walls, patio tree, right of way, screen, shade, specimen, and windbreak.
