Illegal dumping is a violation of L.A.M.C. Section 66.25. Dumpers will be Arrested and Prosecuted, 6 months in jail/or $1000.00 fine. L.A.M.C. Section 41.70.3 gives the City of Los Angeles the Authority to confiscate vehicles in the Public Right-of-Way.
